Meet Neelima

With a deep passion for nurturing young minds, Neelima brings over 5 years of experience and dedication to Sparkle Tots Montessori Home School. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from UCLA and a master’s degree in business administration, combining her expertise in child development with strong organizational skills. Having worked for 5 years in a leading childcare center, she has gained valuable hands-on experience in creating enriching, safe, and stimulating environments for children of all ages. Beyond her professional journey, she is also a proud mother to a wonderful 12-year-old, giving her a personal and heartfelt understanding of a child’s needs and milestones. As a fully immunized caregiver, Neelima is committed to providing a healthy, secure, and loving space where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Her natural ability to connect with children and her joy in guiding their curiosity are the foundation of Sparkle Tots’ caring environment.
